Non-Chinese-passport-holders are required to complete the quarantine declaration card upon entering China. Upon leaving China, they must fill out the yellow sheet of health status report before proceeding to flight check-in counters. They must abide by China’s inspection and quarantine laws and regulations and fill out the quarantine declaration card honestly. Declaration of diseases such as fever, diarrhea, AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), mental disorders and open pulmonary tuberculosis is required before entry.
Please consult your National Health Authorities if any vaccination is required to enter China.
