Fun Fitness Program
To
carry out joint range of motion measurements, muscle
pliability and endurance testing, and evaluation of
the body balance functions and coordination abilities
of athletes.
The activities include:
1. Testing of triceps surae pliability and supine
position passive ankle dorsiflexion
2. Testing of hamstring muscle pliability and supine
position passive knee extension
3. Tension testing of hip flexor muscles
4. Stretch testing of shoulder rotation
5. Timed stand-up testing (timed from sitting to standing
without assistance)
6. Sit-ups – abdominal muscle endurance testing
7. Standing up on one leg with eyes closed – balance
testing
8. Arms extended forward – balance testing
